I am writing to complain about the computer chair (Model VK107).I purchased from Eaton Center on April 6th,2019.
Yesterday, when I sat down to type an article, I felt a pain in my bottom. Rising from the chair ,I found my best jeans ruined. Upon closer examination,I noticed that two screws were sticking up through the foam seat.
As a student, I spend a lot of time sitting on the chair. Now I find it difficult to study with the presence of screws constantly threatening to harm me and ruin my clothes. I need a chair that wouldn’t bite me.
I have always found shopping at Eaton Center to be a pleasure. So far, the chair is the only Eaton product that I have a problem with. I am sure you understand how I feel. I would appreciate it if you could give this letter a serious consideration and replace the chair soon.
