Technically, a minimal pair should meet three conditions:
（1）the two forms aredifferent in meaning:
（2）the two forms are different in one sound segment;
（3） the different sounds occur in the same position of the two strings. If a group of words can satisfy the three conditions, they form a minimal set. For example, pit, bit, hit, fit
Lit. sit, shit, etc. belong to a minimal set.
问题：我们如何确定最小对立体或最小对立集?
从学术上讲，最小对应该满足三个条件:
(1)两种形式不同的意义:
(2)两种形式在一个声音是不同的部分;
(3)不同的声音出现在同一位置的两个字符串。如果一组单词能满足这三个条件，它们就构成一个最小集合。例如，pit, bit, hit, fit
坐着，大便，等等都属于最小集合。
简单来说：Minimal pair means words which differ from each other only by one sound.
最小对立集是指两个词除了一个语音片段之外其余部分完全相同。
